Company Description: Our client is a diversified industrial organization offering products and solutions to a global diverse market. They seek a HR director to support the growth in the SEA region.

Role Description:      

Reporting to the Regional GM, you are responsible for the full gamut of HR functions supported by the location HR Managers. You partner with the business in rolling out HR strategies focusing on Talent Development and Management, C&B, Employee Engagement and Coaching.

Requirements:          

Degree qualified, you have minimum 8 years of generalist experience, of which 3 years in a people management capacity. You have a strong knowledge operating in the SEA region preferably in an engineering environment. You possess good conceptualization skills and has prior experienced in project management. You have strong communication and presentation skills.
