SIF opens up opportunities to work in Shanghai

Singapore - Singaporeans looking to garner experience in Shanghai can now apply for an exchange programme which will allow them to work in Shanghai for up to 10 weeks.

The Singapore International Foundation (SIF) has recently opened applications for its annual Singapore-China Young Business Ambassadors (YBA) Programme. This is aimed at encouraging cultural diversity and networking opportunities between Singapore and Shanghai.

In this programme, four Singapore executives will spend up to 10 weeks working and living in Shanghai. The programme targets aspiring Singapore professionals between the ages of 21 to 35; as well as Singapore companies that want to develop its staff competency and global exposure, particularly with regards to China.

Through this programme, ambassadors will be able to share work experience, build international business links, and gain an understanding of foreign business environments.
