Orchard Hotel Singapore, a member of Millennium & Copthorne International - a global hotel group with properties in major gateway cities and operating more than 100 hotels worldwide, is looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals for the following position: - Director of Human Resources
Role Description:
Reporting to the General Manager of the Hotel, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for the full spectrum of the Human Resource functions:
• Recruitment and selection process
• Compensation and benefits
• Implementing the policies and procedures
• Manages the department’s budget and cost control
• Act as human resource advisor and work closely with all department managers and provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key initiatives and HR programs
• Learning and development
• Employee relations and communications
• Industrial relations
Requirements:
• A Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar capacity in the Hotel industries
• Energetic, proactive, self driven and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
