Our Client is a Global Leading Manufacturer of Luxury Lifestyle Products and is currently growing their manufacturing facilities in a state-of-the-art factory in Indonesia. With a year-on-year growth in revenue for the past decade and rapid expansion in the APAC region, they are presently seeking an experienced & high caliber Indonesian to join their winning team as Human Resources Director.
As the face of Human Resources, you will be tasked to build sound business relationships and drive critical HR programmes. This will be a result of your ability to act as a primary HR interface and strategic business partner for the Director of Business and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for the day-to-day HR management and HR direction of the business, and develop HR plans that are in line and able to support the changing needs of the business. In addition, you will provide consultation and internal support enabling all stakeholders to achieve the required business goals. Promotion of employee engagement solutions will be necessary to enhance business outcomes.
You will also be required to:
- Generate information and reports to Group HR Director as required
- Ensure all policies, procedures and handbooks are up to date and HR compliant
- Drive employee benefits in line with company policy, annually reviewed and cost effective
- Engage with recognised unions and/or staff councils to manage complex demands and negotiations
The successful applicant will be a professionally qualified Indonesian HR practitioner with proven experience and a successful track record in a responsible HR role. He/she would have had prior experience with senior stakeholder management and negotiations with unions and identifying and introducing of best practices for the local market.
