Role Description:

This role will cover the full life cycle and focus on the recruitment of all HR staff into all sectors in Singapore. In order to be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the HR recruitment market and knowledge of the different role families within HR i.e. Generalist HR, Comm & Ben, Training, Recruitment, Learning & Development.

Requirements:

Currently we seek an individual to lead our Hays Human Resources division. You will have a minimum of 3-5 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably in Singapore or elsewhere in Asia.
