| Role Description: | Reporting to the Regional HR director, you partner with senior management team and in country HR counterparts to drive talent identification, talent reviews and succession planning across the region. As a program manager, you are responsible for the conceptualization, design and implementation of related programs in alignment with corporate directives. | |
| Requirements: | Degree qualified, you have minimal 8 years of HR experience. Prior experience specializing in talent management and development initiatives is a great plus. A team player, you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. You have extensive experience working with the senior management team and regional HR will be an added advantage. | |
