Company Description:Our client is a European based listed MNC in the healthcare industry with an international presence. Singapore, the Asia Pacific headquarters has an immediate opening in HR. They are seeking an APAC HR Manager focusing on Succession Planning, Talent Management and Talent development
Role Description:

Reporting to the Regional HR director, you partner with senior management team and in country HR counterparts to drive talent identification, talent reviews and succession planning across the region. As a program manager, you are responsible for the conceptualization, design and implementation of related programs in alignment with corporate directives.

Requirements:Degree qualified, you have minimal 8 years of HR experience. Prior experience specializing in talent management and development initiatives is a great plus. A team player, you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. You have extensive experience working with the senior management team and regional HR will be an added advantage.
