| Requirements: | You will be a senior and experienced HR Business Partner, with a degree in HRM or relevant discipline, ideally with 10+ years of experience with an extremely operational, hands-on and tactical approach. The ability to work in a diverse environment, having a strong drive and the desire to make a difference is very important. Knowledge in designing and managing sales incentive and compensation planning is highly desired. | |
