Established over 20 years ago in America, this leader within the health and wellness industry has an excellent track record and is the market leaders in its area. They are currently looking to recruit a HR Manager to join the team.

In this challenging role you will report to the Regional Director of HR and lead a team in providing the full spectrum of HR services including payroll. There are lots of developments occurring within the business, therefore, you will have proven ability to adapt to a changing environment, and also champion process improvement; continually seeking to be innovative and effective.

Requirements:You will be a senior and experienced HR Business Partner, with a degree in HRM or relevant discipline, ideally with 10+ years of experience with an extremely operational, hands-on and tactical approach. The ability to work in a diverse environment, having a strong drive and the desire to make a difference is very important. Knowledge in designing and managing sales incentive and compensation planning is highly desired.
