Company Description:	Singapore Technologies Kinetics (ST Kinetics) is the land systems arm of ST Engineering. It provides integrated systems, specialty vehicles and their related services for defence, government and commercial applications. This includes design and development, systems integration, production, operations & support and life cycle management.
Role Description:	- Responsible to manage, direct, control and ensure smooth process of the Company's payroll, employee benefits and the operations of the HR Service Centre - Coordinate and manage entire payroll function - Manage and supervise direct reports within the Payroll & HR Service Centre Team - Check and verify payroll and employee benefits to ensure legislative & company internal compliance - Handle and participate in Projects as required i.e., payroll & benefits internal audits, business continuity program, continual improvement, standardization of payroll operations and e-systems - Manage Company Benefit programs and liaise with external service providers e.g. Insurance broker, Company shares program - Oversee maintenance of staff records i.e., HRIS including security clearance and Employee personal files - Preparation of ad hoc reports as required
Requirements:	- Degree in Business Administration/ Management or equivalent - The incumbent should have experience running a payroll function job and familiar with Singapore's legislations such as Employment Act, CPF legislation...etc. - Able to demonstrate payroll management experience and team leadership ability - Must be meticulous to detail, and have problem solving & analytical skills - Strong background in SAP payroll module - Must be customer service oriented and familiar with a variety of the payroll & employee benefits concepts, practices, and procedures - Able to lead and guide a team of staff - Must be a versatile team player with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels - Singaporeans only
