Role Description:	- Assist in recruitment matters - Assist in training matters eg registration and application for SDF funding if necessary - Assist to prepare sub-contractor listing for payment - Assist in disciplinary matters - Prepare contract for renewal, post-retirement and conversion - Oversee security clearance for staff - Generate reports - Coordinate engagement sessions between GM and staff on a monthly basis and minutes taking, when necessary - Coordinate and prepare HR related activities
Requirements:	- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration - Proficient with MS Office, Excel/Word/Powerpoint - Must be people oriented, independent and self motivated - Must be able to work well in teams - Singaporeans only
