Aditi Sharma Kalra leads all editorial content for Human Resources Online, in its print, online and social media forms.

She is responsible for leading thought-provoking and quality industry content for a growing senior-level HR readership, as well as strategically growing the brand’s presence and reach online, and through a growing number of industry events, conferences and awards shows.

Aditi joined Lighthouse Independent Media as a senior journalist in September 2014, having worked previously in Hay Group as part of the marketing team.

Before Hay Group, she worked with monthly HR magazine The Human Factor, published by New Delhi-based Planman Media, where she was part of the core team to transform the publication from an academic journal to the most widely-read HR magazine.

As a deputy editor in Human Resources Online, Jerene Ang takes a significant role in producing compelling print, digital and social media content for readers across Southeast Asia.

She is responsible for reporting and analysing the most relevant HR trends in Asia, enjoys holding meaningful conversations with senior industry professionals, and is passionate towards exploring the various facets of the HR industry.

While completing her Diploma in Media and Communication at Singapore Polytechnic, Jerene joined Lighthouse Independent Media as an intern in October 2014. Immediately after her internship ended in February 2015, she was offered a full-time role to return to Human Resources Online as a journalist.

Priya joined Human Resources Online as a Journalist in 2018, driven by her passion for writing and an avid interest in reporting the freshest news. In her role, she works across all content spheres, including the daily HR Bulletin and regional print magazines, and is an active contributor towards shaping conversations on social media. She is constantly on the lookout for interesting ideas around the future of the HR function, and loves having conversations on this with her team mates and industry practitioners.

She is a mass communication graduate from Curtin Singapore, and her most recent experience was as an account executive at PR agency, The Orange Press. She has freelanced with CareerBuilder previously, as well as served as a teaching assistant to the faculty at Lorna Whiston.

On weekends, you’ll find her spending time with her family, friends and her dog, or buried deep in a motivational read.

Robert Blain heads up the Human Resources magazine Hong Kong editorial team and is responsible for its online, print and social media channels. He is dedicated to expanding the reach and relevance of the Human Resources brand and is intimately involved in its increasing presence in the regional HR realm through a growing number of custom industry events, conferences and awards shows.

Robert is a seasoned editor with a wealth of experience for a variety of trade publications, including for the medical and legal professions in Hong Kong, and for a prominent environmental organisation in Victoria, Australia.

Before his current role in human resources media, he was a business correspondent focusing on China and other countries in the Asia Pacific, covering in-depth topics as far ranging as the gig economy, online recruitment and medical tourism.

He is a British-born Australian and holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Melbourne.
