Asia Recruitment Awards 2017 celebrate recruitment excellence in the digital age

The Asia Recruitment Awards, Asia’s only regional awards show dedicated to recognising and celebrating the best in talent acquisition, is searching for recruitment teams and agencies which have implemented recruitment technology and best practices within the organisation. The recruitment technology category is dedicated to HR and recruitment professionals with outstanding achievements in integrating technology with talent acquisition and human capital strategy.

The Asia Recruitment Awards, Asia’s only regional awards programme which recognises and celebrates excellence in talent acquisition strategy and execution, is happening in Singapore on 7 April, Malaysia on 31 March, and in Hong Kong on 11 April.

According to Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine, the category for technology also highlights the innovative use of digital media to achieve desired hiring targets. “This category is significant because it is a challenge to use recruitment tools not only for attracting potential talent but also for enhancing people processes and corporate branding strategy.”

Last year, telecommunications firm Ericsson grabbed the gold prize at the Asia Recruitment Awards 2016 in Singapore for Best Use of Recruitment Technology. Tata Consultancy Services and Manulife Financial Asia shared the silver award while advertising agency GroupM took home the bronze award. The gold award for Best Use of Digital Media went to Maybank and Changi Airport. Following them were Ericsson and Certis CISCO Security for the silver award and Ambition Singapore for the bronze award.
