AvePoint plans to hire and train over 500 digital professionals in Singapore by 2026

This will "nearly triple" its existing team of product and technology professionals in roles such as business analysts, data scientists, and software architects.

Following the announcement of its R&D hub in Singapore, AvePoint also plans to hire and train over 500 digital professionals by 2026

The newly established S$100mn international hub will act as a major hub within the company’s worldwide R&D network and foster local talent to support the growing global demand for B2B SaaS solutions, the SaaS and data
management platform provider said on Friday (26 August 2022).

Through its new investment, supported by Digital Industry Singapore (DISG), the group will also advance its IT and digital infrastructure as well as global trade connectivity to continue its international expansion.

In line with this, AvePoint's plans to hire and train over 500 digital professionals by 2026 will "nearly triple" its existing team of product and technology professionals in roles such as business analysts, data scientists, software architects, and Microsoft-certified engineers in Singapore.

Further, the company will provide professional development opportunities, empower local leadership, and invest in collaborative recruitment with local education institutions.

In addition to anchoring the development of new products and solutions for Singapore and the global market, AvePoint’s new location will "strengthen global cloud resilience for customers, support data sovereignty, strengthen multi-cloud security, and ensure regional businesses are supported at the local level."

The opening ceremony of the new hub, which took place on Friday, was graced by Minister for Trade and Industry Singapore Gan Kim Yong
