DDI demonstrates HR industry leadership at Talent Management Asia

With a strong appetite for innovation, Development Dimensions International (DDI) will be contributing its expertise and proven track record at Talent Management Asia, Asia’s leading HR strategy conference.

Talent Management Asia is a two-day regional conference held in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore in March 2016. The annual event is attended by regional HR leaders and senior HR specialists from the biggest employers in Asia.

"We are all working with finite resources – budget, time, and maybe even the quality of the talent pool – so getting the most out of what an organisation has is the main challenge that talent management professionals face," says Desmond Tan, consulting director at DDI.

In his keynote presentation, Tan will explore the key elements that make up a robust succession plan which can be sustained over the lifetime of an organisation.

Tan has extensive experience in HR and organisational development, both in the United States and around Asia, having moved between consulting and several senior leadership roles for talent management in MNCs across multiple industries.

In 2015, he returned to Singapore as consulting director for DDI, and is now responsible for the growth and management of DDI’s consulting team.

DDI's strength lies in its appetite for innovation, positioned as one of the region’s top talent management consultancies, pioneering best practices and technological ventures in the field and claiming the title of chief innovator.

Its services include talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession management. DDI offers assessment and performance solutions and talent management tools and methods for C-level executives, senior leaders, mid-level leaders and front-line leaders.

DDI’s client portfolio boasts Fortune 500s and multinationals from Shanghai to San Francisco and everywhere in between, keeping them satisfied from 42 DDI-owned and closely-affiliated offices.
