#EachForEqual: Leaders from Henkel Malaysia, Kenanga, 3M and more pledge for gender equality

With International Women's Day 2020 coming up this Sunday (8 March), the team at?Human Resources Online?decided to explore this year's theme of #EachForEqual.

#EachForEqual is drawn from the notion of 'collective individualism', stating: "We are all parts of a whole. Our individual actions, conversations, behaviours and mindsets can have an impact on our larger society."

Thus, with this in mind, we reached out to leaders across organisations, in and outside of Southeast Asia, to ask: "What is the one action you pledge to take this year, to nurture an #EachForEqual society?"

In this first part of our series, leaders from Kenanga Investment Bank, Shiseido Asia Pacific, Henkel Malaysia, Dell Technologies, DocDoc, Qlik, Integral Ad Science, AdNovum Singapore, 3M and BlackRock share their pledges.
