Employee Benefits Asia to focus on top C&B challenges

Employee Benefits Asia, the region’s biggest conference dedicated to smart compensation and benefits strategy, is back to reveals answers to the rewards and benefits issues that keep HR generalists and rewards specialists awake at night.

Employee Benefits Asia 2016 is a two-day regional conference for HR leaders and senior compensation and benefits specialists happening in Singapore, Hong Kong, and in Malaysia in August.

Cost management of benefits – How can C&B professionals structure benefits programmes without cutting corners and compromising job satisfaction? What are the latest principles and techniques in addressing the rising costs of rewards?

Rethinking retirement schemes - Effective ways of setting up wellness and retirement initiatives for the older workers and offering sustainable opportunities for multigenerational workforces;

Flexible benefits systems - The latest concepts, products, and strategies used in arranging flexible compensation programmes;
