GroupM, SAP, Ericsson prove their excellence in recruitment technology

As if winning gold at the Asia Recruitment Awards 2016, Hong Kong for Best Use of Recruitment Technology wasn't enough for GroupM (Hong Kong), GroupM APAC bagged the gold trophy at the Awards in Malaysia, and the category bronze at the Awards in Singapore.

Joining the media investment firm at the winners' podium in Hong Kong was DBS Bank (Hong Kong) clinching silver, and SAP SE winning the bronze (for a 10+ tally across the region).

Angela Ryan, GroupM's chief talent officer APAC, commented on the sweep: "Recruitment is our first connection point with talent and our innovation in this area reflects what we stand for and how we stand apart from other organisations.

"I am very proud of our exceptional talent acquisition team and that their achievements have merited such high recognition from the judges."

All entries submitted were judged by a pool of more than 60 senior HR practitioners from the corporate and public sector across Asia. For this category, the judges looked for the effective use of recruitment technological practices, based on their implementation and optimisation.

At the Asia Recruitment Awards 2016, Singapore, Ericsson won the gold honour for excellence in usage of recruitment technology, with the silver awarded jointly to Tata Consultancy Services and Manulife Financial Asia, and GroupM APAC winning bronze.
