The fact that employees are in control of today’s talent market has meant that compensation, benefits and rewards strategies have been elevated to a much higher priority.

At last year's HR Vendors of the Year awards, Hong Kong, CXA Group took top honours as the best  compensation & benefits consultant in Hong Kong.

The HR Vendors of the Year awards, organised by Human Resources, is a long-running annual report that recognises the best solution providers in Asia – Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

In the 12th edition of the research, all winners were ranked based on a two-tier selection process – an online survey amongst a selected database of HR professionals, followed by submissions by finalists detailing their prowess for a panel of more than 50 senior HR leaders
