Measuring more than happiness: Asia's best employee engagement platforms

Employee engagement is the strength of the mental and emotional connection employees feel towards their places of work, and research finds the top driver of engagement is when employees feel the organisation they are with will be successful in the future.

Not surprisingly, the second most popular driver of engagement is employees perceiving that everyone is treated fairly regardless of race, gender, age, ethnic background, disability, sexual orientation, or other differences; followed by pride to work there as the third most popular driver.

The Best Employee Engagement Platform category winners and finalists at the HR Vendors of the Year 2018 awards in Singapore and Malaysia are those that offer the best platform to create an army of engaged employees, while helping their client organisations build an all-inclusive workplace culture.
