More C&B experts join Employee Benefits Asia 2016

Employee Benefits Asia reigns as the region’s biggest conference dedicated to compensation & benefits as it gathers over 200 top HR professionals this month, including accomplished HR leaders and benefits specialists in its speaker list. The latest additions to the roster of Employee Benefits Asia 2016 speakers represent some of the most respected companies across Asia, such as Fonterra, Maxis and Shell.

With more than 22 years of local and regional experience in the full spectrum of HR, Andrew Ng carries vast experience in organisation culture alignment, organisation design, change management, learning and organisation development. As Fonterra’s HR director, Ng also oversees research & development, plants operations and the commercial business. Ng is also a certified executive coach, certified NLP practitioner,certified training facilitator and also a certified career development and performance coach.

Tricia Lim’s 15 years of experience as a rewards professional makes her one of the most respected leaders in the HR industry. Lim, the current head of rewards at Maxis, started her HR career as a consultant with Hewitt Associates where she worked on a broad range of projects in Malaysia and Thailand in the areas of compensation and benefits, performance management systems, talent management and M&A HR due diligence. Lim holds a bachelor of business administration, majoring in finance from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Shell’s HR director, Mooi-Fung Farm, has led various HR functions at the company, such as business partnering, policies, and change management, and has managed sizable teams in the different parts of the business, such as downstream, service centre management and most recently in the upstream division. Farm has developed expertise in managing and supporting organisational change during growth cycles or challenging external business conditions.
