Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore signs on as HR VOTY sponsor

Leading luxury serviced apartment Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore has signed on as a sponsor of the HR Vendors of the Year Awards, the only regional awards programme dedicated to recognising and celebrating the achievements of HR product and services providers. The awards ceremony will take place in Kuala Lumpur on 16 November, in Singapore on 23 November, and in Hong Kong on 29 November.

Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore will be presenting trophies to the winners of two prestigious categories - Best Relocation Company and Best Mobility & Orientation Consultant.

“To ensure expatriates successfully integrate into a new environment, our team of in-house professionals seamlessly connects relocated staff to relevant interest groups and communities for them to build their social circle in the new city, ensuring they feel settled from the minute they arrive,” said Roy Liang, General Manager of Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore.

Liang added, “With a strong network as well as a range of premium facilities, amenities and services provided on-site, Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore has established itself as a reliable and credible partner to relocation and mobility consultants, ensuring their customers are in safe hands when entrusted.”

Located in the heart of Singapore’s central business district, Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore is a 268-unit luxury serviced apartment offering a mix of elegantly appointed studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.

The property is well-connected to the city’s major entertainment and cultural districts, and strategically located within walking distance to Tanjong Pagar and Raffles Place MRT stations. Blending urban style with nature-inspired elements, the Oakwood Premier serviced apartments provide sophisticated travellers a high-quality living environment, tailored with all the luxuries of a hotel.

The winner of the Best Relocation Company category will be the relocation firm which both delights expatriate employees and reduces the administrative burden on its clients’ HR and mobility departments.

For the Best Mobility & Orientation Consultant category, the winner will exemplify the company’s ability to prepare the relocated manager and his/her family for changes in culture, take care of immigration administration and tax issues and provide advice on legal requirements, amongst other things.

Only HR vendors shortlisted in the preferred HR vendor survey rankings were invited to submit their entries. The HR Vendors of the Year jury is composed of more than 60 regional heads of HR from around Asia, representing the most respected Fortune 500 organisations and some of the biggest employers in the region.
