Responding to clients’ demands to engage both staff and their family, Ocean Park has designed programmes that allow companies to pursue team building activities in the morning, followed by an afternoon of family activities such as behind-the-scenes tours featuring up-close encounters with animal ambassadors.
“We have a devoted team of professional trainers and facilitators from different backgrounds, and can conduct training programmes in Cantonese, English or Mandarin. We can always tailor-make programmes according to clients’ needs,” said Vivian Lee, executive director of sales, marketing and public affairs.
“With conservation and education as the core values, the inclusion of as many conservation messages as possible in all its programmes is just one of the many things that sets it apart.”
In February 2019, the grand opening of the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel marked the Park’s first on-site resort accommodation. With the largest pillar-free hotel ballroom on Hong Kong Island, the new hotel is an ideal venue for conferences. Corporates can also join the Park’s unique training programme afterwards, to further maintain momentum.
The Park has been recognised by peers within the industry. It was honoured with two golds in “Best Employee Engagement Service Provider” and “Best TeamBuilding Venue” in 2018. Laws Fashion Group Limited provided the following client testimonial for the Park’s corporate training: “For us, the biggest gain is seeing how our colleagues established effective communication and became more knowledgeable about environmental conservation.”
Moving forward, the year-round Ocean Park Water World will make its debut in 2020. With the launch of more attractions, ,our team will continue to bring a variety of new experience to corporate clients.
