Singapore's leaders in total rewards consulting

Singapore’s adjusted gender pay gap (GPG) has seen an improvement between 2002 to 2018, narrowing from 8.8% to 6% - this implies that in 2018, for every S$100 men earned, women earned S$94.

Evidently, progressive companies the world over are making good strides on their path to using rewards as not only a tool for imbibing equity, but also talent engagement and retention.

The winners and finalist of the Best Total Rewards Consulting category at the HR Vendors of the Year 2019Singapore have been able to understand their clients’ needs to promote a culture of employee wellbeing through a cost-effective, yet well-communicated rewards strategy.
