Top HR executives reveal some of the best healthcare strategies

Employee Healthcare Interactive, Asia’s biggest corporate healthcare, benefits and wellness conference, will gather first-rate HR leaders and corporate healthcare specialists to examine various investments and efforts towards health and wellness as well as strategies in developing a solid healthcare management plan. Employee Healthcare Interactive 2017 is an exclusive, one-day conference which will take place in Singapore on 6 October at the InterContinental Singapore.

With over 20 years of experience, Hans Han, regional head of compensation and benefits at Bridgestone, holds a Bachelor of Business Economics and Finance and a Masters of Human Resources Management. He is responsible for the overall C&B strategies and programs in Asia Pacific. He has trained and consulted thousands of executives and professionals across the Asia Pacific region, and more recent engagements include creating a global grading tool, developing regional compensation frameworks, piloting flexible benefits initiatives, leading sales incentive design, and driving regional benefits review.

A highly reputable HR professional, Molly Ang holds over 20 years of human resource experience - both as a consultant and practitioner in staffing, performance management, union, mobility and compensation and benefits. Before becoming the executive director for compensation and benefits at Seagate International, Ang has worked in various industries including retail, engineering, heavy equipment and high-tech in software and manufacturing in Singapore and Indonesia. She holds an MBA from the University of Southern Illinois in management and finance and a bachelor of science in management and a minor in economics.

As the director for rewards solutions at Schneider Electric, Linda Lim oversees the designing, developing and delivering of total rewards as well as benefits and recognition solutions to create a sustainable high performance culture. Lim and her team provide counsel to HR directors and business leaders in various areas, such as executive compensation, sales compensation, competitive pay programs, and compensation & benefit trends. Lim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, major in International Business Management from the National University of Singapore.
