Top recruitment challenges revealed

Recruitment Asia, the region’s biggest recruitment and talent acquisition conference, will uncover the latest developments, innovative solutions, and most pressing issues in the recruitment scene. The discussions will be led by the region’s premier corporate recruiters and HR leaders, whose expertise and accomplishments are widely recognised in the industry.

Recruitment Asia 2017 is a two-day conference happening in Malaysia on 31 October and 1 November and in Singapore on 2-3 November.

Emerging sourcing channels - New platforms and strategies in attracting the right talent with recommendations for HR recruiting technologies;

Organisation of the future - How can HR departments groom local talents for global assignments? How can the deserving individuals be identified to take on challenging roles?

Talent initiatives as drivers of business growth - Effective methods to align business objectives and organisation functioning to talent initiatives, the use of cognitive diversity to engage people and expand organisational capacity; and HR transformation at the forefront of business decisions.
