Up the ranks: Elvira Moey joins TDCX as Senior Group HRBP Director

In this new role, she leads Group HRBP Support, TDCX's HRBP strategy, as well as its HR strategy in terms of creating conditions to attract and retain employees.

TDCX, an outsourced business service provider, has welcomed Elvira Moey (pictured above) to the role of Senior Group HRBP Director, effective 1 November 2022 (Tuesday). She reports to Lim Chee Gay, Group Chief Human Resources Officer

As shared with Human Resources Online, in this new role, she leads Group HRBP Support, TDCX's HRBP strategy, as well as its HR strategy in terms of creating conditions to attract and retain employees. She will also have site HRBP matrix responsibilities to support the business in achieving high-performing teams, and strengthen the firm's employee value proposition and employee experience through HR innovation.

Moey brings with her more than 12 years of experience in the HR industry, specialising in various CoE pillars including organisational culture, performance management, and HR business partnering. Having started out in a corporate setting with IBM, she has performed continuous process improvements as an HR analyst, before moving on to a career with tech and e-commerce companies such as Carsome and 11STREET, where she headed the people & culture teams. 

Most recently, Moey provided HRBP leadership to TikTok's content moderation operation function for both Malaysia and Singapore, where her team comprised 35 members from both the HRBP and talent attraction functions.
