Up the ranks: Park Hotel Group appoints Aaron Lim as Group HR Director

Park Hotel Group has today announced the appointment of Aaron Lim (pictured above) as Group Human Resource Director.

In this role, Lim will lead the people strategy, develop a talent pipeline and drive the organisational culture to meet the demands of the fast-growing company, and will be based in Singapore. He will be reporting to Allen Law, Chief Executive Officer, Park Hotel Group.

He joins Park Hotel Group from Klook, where he was previously the Southeast Asia Regional Human Resource Business Partner. During his tenure there, he was responsible for the management and nurturing of human capital while working alongside line managers to address business needs. Lim's extensive knowledge and experience in HR management spans nearly 10 years.

Lim's appointment was announced alongside the appointment of Randall Choh as Group IT Director (pictured below). Choh now leads the team in transforming the business through IT innovation; optimising, integrating and implementing new technology that benefits guests and team members across the company's growing portfolio.
