Up the ranks: Sameer Rajpal joins Bert Labs as General Manager, Human Capital

He brings with him close to two decades of experience, and expertise in strategic HR management practices, performance & competency-based management, L&D, and more.

Bert Labs, an India-based software company, has recently appointed Sameer Rajpal as General Manager, Human Capital (pictured above, third from left).

As shared in a post by the company, Sameer brings with him close to two decades of experience with expertise in strategic and innovative HR management practices, high-performing talent acquisition, organisational change management & process re-engineering, performance & competency-based management, learning & development, policy formulation, and capability building. Apart from India, his work experience has also brought him to the Middle East, Europe, and the US.

Sameer's most recent role was in Reliance Industries. 

Alongside Sameer's appointment, Bert Labs also announced that Manoj Kandakure has taken on the role of Principal Architect, Bert Optimus at Bert Labs (pictured above, second from left). He also comes with close to two decades of experience, in developing and implementing process digitalisation tools across industry verticals including carbon black, pulp & fiber, chemicals, and cement to improve product quality, throughput, process, and energy efficiencies.
