Who made the awards shortlist? HR Vendors of the Year 2021, Malaysia finalists

Celebrate the best HR solution providers in Malaysia as we announce the winners in December 2021, and meet the finalists right here.

The HR Vendors of the Year awards in Malaysia recognise the exceptional contribution that HR solution providers across the region have made in disrupting the HR function, and innovating business performance. This year, we’ve added eight new categories to help reflect the important role you played keeping the HR function stable in a time of uncertainty.

VIEW FINALISTS

The awards are judged by a panel of top HR leaders, including senior HR professionals from organisations such as AstraZeneca, Coway (Malaysia), Goodhope Asia, KPMG, Malaysia Airlines, Maxis, McDonald’s Malaysia, Merck, Generali, OCBC Bank, Royal Selangor, The MUI Group and more.

One of the award’s judges, Mabel Lim, Human Resources Director, Nando’s Chickenland Malaysia, commented: “It is impressive to see that companies are keeping up with the current trends to ensure their relevance in the industry while ensuring that their people are also taken care of.”

Another jury member, Bhuvanes Krishnasamy, Head of Group People & Culture, added that “it is encouraging and inspiring to see how companies have transformed and evolved in providing their HR offerings to support organizations in addressing various challenges faced during these unprecedented times. The use of technology seems to have taken the forefront in driving this transformation which was evident in many of the creative and interesting submissions.”
