Up the ranks: Alessandra Yockelson joins NetApp as Chief Human Resources Officer

She will lead all aspects of the company's people and organisational strategy, including talent development and growth, performance management, team engagement, recruiting, DEIB, and compensation & benefits.

Alessandra Yockelson has joined intelligent data infrastructure company NetApp as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective March 2024.

Reporting to CEO George Kurian, Alessandra will lead all aspects of people and organisational strategy, including talent development and growth, performance management, team engagement, recruiting, DEIB, and compensation & benefits.

Prior to joining NetApp, Yockelson most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pure Storage since August 2021, where she led organisational change efforts that resulted in global performance scaling. She has also held various talent leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Diageo, and Philips.
