After spending nearly eight years with household technology firm Dyson, Rohit Kumar has accepted a new role at food major General Mills as the talent director for Asia, where he will continue to be based in Singapore.
He brings nearly 14 years of experience in HR to the role, and more than 10 years in talent and organisation development.
Joining Dyson as head of L&D for Southeast Asia in April 2010, he moved up the ranks to HR business partner in July 2013, and had been the HR business partnering lead since February 2015, where he supported the operations and business support functions across Singapore, Malaysia and the UK.
To continue his learning journey, he completed his executive master’s in consulting and coaching for change management (industrial and organisational psychology) at INSEAD Singapore in 2016.
