About Human Resources Online

Human Resources Online is a pan-Asia media & events brand, serving the HR community through our news portal, conferences, masterclasses, e-newsletters, awards, webinars, and bespoke events since 2004. Passionate about the progression of HR for HR practitioners and solution providers, HRO has established a presence across the region, which includes Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Credible, timely, trusted, and always first to bring HR developments to the wider industry, HRO’s content is read by more than 360,000 users per month (2022). Through our news portal (HRO.net), daily e-newsletters, content in various formats, such as podcasts and video interviews, and bespoke events such as CHRO roundtables, we equip HR leaders and their teams with the knowledge to succeed in their roles.

HRO’s news and media portals are complemented by a portfolio of targeted conferences and awards, such as Accelerate HR, HR Excellence Awards, Total Rewards Asia Summit, Talent Mobility, HR Vendors of the Year, and Employee Experience Awards. This makes it Asia’s leading HR platform for CHROs and decision-makers who are committed to delivering positive change in their organisation.

What makes us unique?

  • Human Resources Online is necessary. Having earned their seat at the table years ago, HR leaders are now adding strategic value to business goals by leading large-scale change projects, digital transformation, and innovating the employee experience. Human Resources Online equips CHROs with a platform that identifies and shares best practices in engaging, attracting, and retaining the best talent for their organisations.
  • Human Resources Online is relevant. All content delivered – be it in digitally, or through live or virtual events – is the product of continuous qualitative and quantitative research into the information needs of senior HR practitioners in Asia. Human Resources Online’s products focus solely on what HR decision-makers want to learn through interventions that add value to their personal growth.
  • Human Resources Online is trusted. HR heads do not have time to read news or attend events that they cannot trust. This is why they choose Human Resources Online as their go-to source for creative new ideas, productive conversations, and relevant platforms to succeed in their roles.
