Accelerating changes in your organisation using culture

Glides Consulting Partners, the exclusive representative for Partners in Leadership® in Singapore and Malaysia, has confirmed its participation in Talent Management Asia, Asia’s leading HR strategy conference.

Talent Management Asia is a two-day conference happening in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong in March 2017. The annual event is attended by chief talent officers and senior HR professionals from the biggest companies in Asia.

Presenting on the topic “Change the culture, change the game: the breakthrough strategy for results” is Alex Butt, managing partner of Glides Consulting Partners. How can organisations use culture to accelerate changes to greater results? How can companies approach culture management?

“Changing the culture in the organisation can be done only when we apply processes and tools that are intentional and deliberate – either you manage culture or culture will manage you,” Butt elaborated.

Butt has transformed himself from a 24-year multinational corporate executive into a successful coach and business entrepreneur since 2010. He co-founded GLIDES Consulting Partners to develop and coach leaders in multinational organisations. He was formerly the Managing Director at Microsoft Malaysia and Regional General Manager for the OEM Business in Asia from 2000 until 2009.

Since 2013, Butt’s main focus for his consultancy and coaching engagement revolves around helping companies in transforming culture to accountability to achieve key results. His engagements include delivering for Microsoft’s global Hi-Potential Program, the Leadership and Core Management training curriculum in Microsoft (2010-2013), and executive programs in companies, namely, Microsoft, Dolby Laboratory, Dell, Petronas, Metro and others.
