Newly launched Employee Experience Awards to honour HR’s commitment to workplace transformation

Making its debut in 2021, Employee Experience Awards will recognise HR teams and individuals with stellar achievements in creating a positive employee experience (EX): leadership, learning and employee engagement. The awards are open to organisations based in Asia, the Middle East and/or Oceania. The ceremony will be held in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur in June 2021.

As we move to rebuilding the global economy and adapting to new ways of working, EX has come to the forefront of every organisation's agenda. Designing a robust employee experience and recognising the best is crucial for industry benchmarking. Following the resounding success of our renowned HR Excellence Awards, the Employee Experience Awards is a distinguished platform that will reward top-notch HR teams and individuals with business stories that inspire, educate and move the dial on EX.

Covering 32 categories across leadership, learning and engagement, this is a golden opportunity to showcase your hard work and efforts that have transformed your organisation to undertake an employee-centric approach. The categories are aimed at highlighting how you adapted and responded to the current pandemic.
