Why your team deserves recognition at HR Excellence Awards, Indonesia

We at Human Resources Online know you have been working hard to drive excellence for your HR team. The time has come to flaunt all your achievements and on the biggest stage!

You asked and we have listened, and now we are excited to bring to Indonesia, the inaugural edition of the region’s most renowned and glamorous event – HR Excellence Awards to be held on 21 November.

With a proven track record of immense success and growth across the region, this is your time to emerge as frontrunners in Indonesia’s HR landscape.

Still unsure about submitting for the awards? Hear from one of our distinguished judges, Dehayati Suryono, HR Director, GroupM Indonesia who has over 20 years of human capital and leadership management experience, as she talks about the upcoming awards with Priya Veeriah.

Q What do you think about HR talent and recognition in Indonesia?

The HR function in Indonesia has been generally perceived as an administrator role. However, there are some organisations in the midst of transforming their HR function to become a strategic business partner to the company. This kind of HR transformation will require a lot of effort from the HR team and hence recognition for those efforts is very important.

Q What do you think #HRExcellenceAwards would bring to these HR teams?

The HR community expects a high level of appreciation and recognition especially since we see a lot of HR teams transforming to become a strategic business partner from an administrator role. At this juncture, the HR Excellence Awards is the perfect tool and platform for the teams to showcase their strategies and journeys to the rest of the industry.

Q What would you say to those considering participating in the awards?

This award is the best platform for celebrating the breadth of our talent and it is your shot to get the affirmation and recognition you deserve for the exceptional quality of HR work you deliver!

I am very excited and can’t wait for this event.
