Malaysia's most attractive employers include AirAsia, Infineon Technologies, Nestle, and Sime Darby, Randstad found.
According to the Randstad Employer Brand Research which surveyed more than 175,000 employers in 30 countries, these 20 companies were found to have the highest attractive scores in Malaysia.
Selected from the 75 largest employers in Malaysia, based on local workforce size, they are (in alphabetical order):

- IBM Malaysia
- IJM Corporation
- Infineon Technologies (Malaysia)

- Malaysia Airports Holdings
- Nestle (Malaysia)
- Petroliam Nasional (PETRONAS)
- Shell Malaysia
- Sime Darby
- Sunway
- Tenaga Nasional
- WD Media (Malaysia)
- YTL Corporation
Ryan Carroll, country director at Randstad Malaysia, said: "In today’s fiercely competitive talent-short market, a strong and consistent employer brand is crucial to attracting and retaining the right talent."
Randstad will be revealing the top three companies with the highest attractiveness score on 19 April at its Employer Brand Awards.
