There is no question that as innovation in recruitment moves forward, technology alone will not do all the work. Despite easier access to the talent market, the best talent does not just appear at a company’s doorstep.
Top HR executives from major employers across the region, such as Coca Cola, Nestlé and Sony, will correct more recruitment myths and provide in-depth discussions at Recruitment Asia, the region’s most comprehensive and insightful event in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Recruitment Asia 2016 is a two-day conference happening in Singapore on 1-2 November and on 15-16 November in Kuala Lumpur.
“Due to new technologies and systems, the recruitment scene has evolved and altered many HR processes from hiring to branding,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.
“This year’s Recruitment Asia conference will delve into the latest strategies, trends and issues affecting HR generalists and talent acquisition specialists and guide them in taking advantage of today’s new opportunities.”
Recruitment Asia 2016 will discuss the latest sourcing strategies, retention programmes, impact of technological integration, and employer branding essentials. Imparting their experiences in these fields are some of the most trusted HR practitioners in Asia:
