Corporate giants: Top 10 most admired companies in 2025

Apple continues to lead as the most admired company globally.

Fortune, in collaboration with Korn Ferry, has released the 2025 list of the World’s Most Admired Companies. For the 18th consecutive year, Apple has secured the top position, emphasising its strong influence and innovation in the global market.

The list features a total of 229 companies based in the US, making up the majority of the rankings. Europe has 59 companies, while Asia Pacific contributes 26 companies.

The rankings are based on factors such as innovation, social responsibility, and product quality. These companies have earned admiration for their ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing market.

Top 10 most admired companies in 2025:

1) Apple
2) Microsoft
3) Amazon
4) Nvidia
5) Berkshire Hathaway
6) Costco Wholesale
7) JPMorgan Chase
8) Walmart
9) Alphabet
10) American Express


Notable industry leaders

Beyond the top 10, several companies stand out as leaders in their respective industries:

  • General merchandise: Walmart (#8)
  • Beverages: Coca-Cola (#12)
  • Entertainment: Netflix (#15)
  • Pharmaceuticals: Eli Lilly (#21)
  • Airlines: Singapore Airlines (#28)
  • Information Technology Services: Accenture (#30)
  • Megabanks: Morgan Stanley (#33)

As a whole, the list of top 50 most admired companies in 2025 saw four new entrants, namely Caterpillar (#40), ServiceNow (#42), Taiwan Semiconductor (#45), and Novo Nordisk (#46), all of which have ranked in the top half of their industries for overall reputation.
