Designing a cost-effective health insurance programme

Insurance provider Tokio Marine Insurans has joined Employee Benefits Asia, the region’s biggest regional conference dedicated to compensation and benefits, as a sponsor to showcase its thought leadership in the area of compensation, healthcare and rewards strategy.

With over 20 years experience, Ooi is a highly sought-after subject matter expert in the healthcare industry specialising on employees benefit for SME, SMI and MNC companies in Malaysia. He was recently appointed as invited advisor for the medical business portfolio at Tokio Marine Insurans Malaysia.
