Employee Benefits Asia Now on its 3rd Year in the Philippines

Employee Benefits Asia 2018, Asia’s most prominent conference on employee compensation and benefits, will have its third showcase in Manila on June 27 at SMX Aura Premier, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The C&B conference is held across the region, with editions held annually in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.

More than 150 professionals from the human resources industry are expected to attend the gathering and interact with its expert speakers who will speak on the latest trends and developments in the country as well as in the region. Changing workplace flexibility, the impact of technology, and the different expectations of the various kinds of employees are just among the topics that the event will cover.

The speakers will elaborate on their own individual best practices tried and tested in their workplace, from the most attractive traditional packages as well as groundbreaking innovations in recognition programs and non-cash initiatives.
One theme that is on the mind of the participants, and which the conference will discuss in detail, is how to escalate a company’s compensation and benefits strategy to the next level, thereby boosting the productivity and overall morale of its employees. The speakers will elaborate on their own individual best practices tried and tested in their workplace, from the most attractive traditional packages as well as groundbreaking innovations in recognition programs and non-cash initiatives.
