How AIA, Manulife and Maybank use HR tech

As new technologies that automate and facilitate talent strategy multiply, the constant challenge for HR practitioners is to determine which systems work best for them in the long run.

At HR Tech Interactive, the regional invitation-only HR technology event for regional HR leaders, top executives from AIA, Manulife and Maybank will examine the latest innovations and concepts that will paint the future of HR technology.

HR Tech Interactive is a one-day conference for HR leaders and senior HRIS specialists happening in Hong Kong on 30 September, in Kuala Lumpur on 6 September, and in Singapore on 15 September.

“The spectacular line-up of presenters for HR Tech Interactive 2016 is a testament to its efforts to stay relevant and credible for the HR community,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.

“HR Tech Interactive speakers are individuals known for their outstanding credentials, wide-ranging experience, and valuable contributions to the industry.”

HR Tech Interactive will tackle HR technology issues research has found to be the top challenges facing the HR community and businesses in general, including big data analytics, workforce management systems, mobile-enabled processes, social media campaigns, and talent management applications. Among the experts discussing these at HR Tech Interactive 2016 are senior HR professionals from leading financial firms.

All presenters and panellists, such as David Chin, chief human resources officer at Biosensors, were director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.

Held in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong in September, HR Tech Interactive is Asia’s biggest HR technology strategy event. Attendance to the one-day annual event is by invitation only with invitations reserved for the senior in-house HR professionals.

Human Resources’ “Interactive-style” conference format applies to case study presentations, panel discussions and roundtable discussions in which delegates work through five topic areas in a single day – an experience described by attendees as eight hours of intense peer learning.
