HP Inc. has unveiled a multimillion-dollar Graphics Solutions Service (GSS) Learning Academy in Singapore, aimed to provide training and development in line with accelerating the digital transformation of the printing industry across Asia Pacific and Japan.
The HP Graphics Solutions Service Learning Academy will provide learning experiences for over 1,000 customers, production managers, engineers and operators from across the region, over the next 12 months.
Pee Beng Kong, director of electronics, for Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) said, "We are pleased that HP has chosen Singapore to set up its Learning Academy. The Learning Academy will help to upskill and equip our workforce with capabilities in digital printing."
Michael Boyle, GM for HP's graphic solutions business in Asia Pacific and Japan, added: "HP is committed to providing the necessary skills, development and support that will empower businesses, brands and print service providers across Asia Pacific and Japan to take advantage of the growth in digital printing market."
