JobsDB partners with FutureLearn to offer free online leadership and HR courses

JobsDB has partnered with a UK-based digital education platform FutureLearn to launch the #DBHKLevelup campaign, offering one complimentary online course to each registered applicant to help grow new skills for better employment.

Aiming to upskill jobseekers and employees and fast track their career, the campaign is open across six regions from 29 March to 31 May. There are 10,000 seats reserved for Hong Kong-based talent. 

The English-medium courses focus mainly on enhancing emerging digital skills and transferable skills, including UX/UI, digital marketing, fintech, big data or analytics, HR, leadership and management skills.

Meanwhile, courses on soft skills are also available, such as logical thinking, organisational psychology, workplace behaviour, successful job-seeking strategies and recruitment theories.

Founded in 2012, FutureLearn is jointly owned by The Open University, a public research university and one of the largest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.
