The awards were judged by a panel of top HR leaders. This year's panel includes senior HR professionals from organisations such as AIA Singapore, Bank of Singapore, Barry Callebaut, Colliers, COMO Hotels and Resorts, Far East Hospitality, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Linde, L’Oreal, Marsh Asia, Monde Nissin Singapore, Shell, Watsons Singapore, and more.

Ivan Lim, Head of HR for adidas Singapore, who was one of the judges, commented: "It is heartening to see companies recognising the importance of HR as a key change agent and enabler of the business. HR needs to stay relevant and constantly challenge ourselves to deliver impactful results to the business, especially during this trying time of uncertainty and market volatility.”

Meanwhile, fellow jury member, Pauline Tay, VP Human Resources, Asia Pacific, Griffith Foods, said: "It was very uplifting to see companies fully embracing and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion, and even wellbeing & wellness into their People agenda in a more holistic but also creative way. I’ve seen some really good entries and even had a hard time trying to establish a clear winner in some instances!

"This really goes to show important these pillars have become in enhancing an employee’s overall experience with a company."

Lynn See, Regional Head of People, South East Asia, Cathay Pacific Airways, also a judge, added: "It has been an enriching experience to witness the challenges and great initiatives that people communities across various industries have put forth in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. It speaks volumes of the excellent work and is inspiring to see some of the great initiatives as well, truly impressive work by the HR community indeed and all done during these two years of the pandemic."
