Anjali Parmar, a bold transformational leader with extensive experience in US and Asia has been appointed as Director, Human Resources, SEA at Vertiv.
Vertiv is an American, Ohio-based, global leader of equipment and services for mission-critical infrastructure and data centers that extends from the cloud to the edge of the network.
In this new role, she will lead a team of HR experts and professionals on human capital transformation, future of work, high performing team culture and re-imagining employee engagement that yield productivity, profitability, innovation and impact. Keeping Vertiv values and principles at the centre of the strategy she will act as a trusted advisor to executive teams on business, strategy, organisational change, learning and development, culture, diversity and data-driven talent strategies across different verticals, geographies, cultures and matrix as told exclusively to Human Resources Online.
Anjali’s remit covers Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Philippines and Pakistan. She will be based in the regional HQ in Singapore and will report to Kris Lui, Vice President, Human Resources, Asia-Pacific, Vertiv.
On the appointment, Kris said: "Anjali’s experience in organisational capability development and behaviour will ensure we have the right expertise to support our customers where they need us."
Prior to this role, Anjali was the regional head, OD & Talent Director, Asia Pacific. Gensler. A certified BBC Brain-Based Coach from NeuroLeadership Institute Anjali is passionate about business strategy and organisational behaviour and volunteers as a mentor to help working women break the glass ceiling. She highlights that the number one talent concern is employee engagement in a VUCA world in Asia Pacific.
