Up the ranks: Sik Kwang Then is Access Group's new Employee Success Director

He will be responsible for leading the KL Global Operation Centre’s Employee Success (ES) functions, working in close partnership with the Global ES and KL GO Centre leadership teams.

Sik Kwang Then (pictured above) has joined Access Group as its new Employee Success Director with effect from 9 June 2025. 

Based in KL, he and will be a full member of Caroline Fanning’s Global ES Senior Leadership Team, Chee Gay Lim’s KL GOC Senior Leadership Team, and the APAC ES Leadership Team.

In his new role, Sik Kwang will lead the Employee Success functions at the KL Global Operation Centre, collaborating closely with both the Global ES team and local leadership. He will focus on putting the right people practices in place to support the company’s growth while helping shape a positive culture and strong team performance.

Before stepping into his current role, Sik Kwang was Head of HR at DHL Group IT Services Malaysia, managing 1,800 employees. He also served as Global HR Business Partner for Express, supporting 1,500 employees across the globe. A key highlight of his career was driving rapid growth in India, scaling new IT sites from fewer than 100 employees to 1,200 across five cities.

Outside of work, Sik Kwang enjoys playing badminton, watching football with friends and family, and mentoring young professionals in his community.
