Up the ranks: Ujjwal Sarao takes up assignment as Graas' Chief People Officer

In this role, Sarao oversees global people strategy and key talent management solutions for Graas' 350+ employees across seven countries.

AI-powered eCommerce solution provider, Graas has announced the appointment of five senior key hires in the region as part of its strategy of accelerated growth in Southeast Asia and India.  

Amongst the appointments is Ujjwal Sarao who takes on the role of Chief People Officer. In this role, she will oversee global people strategy and key talent management solutions for Graas, which currently has over 350 employees operating across seven countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and more. 

Sarao's past roles in HR leadership include tenures at Aegis Media, Dentsu and Publicis. With over 20 years of experience in people management, she specialises in being an in-house strategic business partner working across Asia Pacific, focussing on building capability to support & deliver a transformation agenda.
