Who are Asia’s champion recruiters?

Asia Pacific – Companies seeking to win the best talent in the market should compete on a new recruitment battlefield which involves advanced talent acquisition and assessment practices, new technologies and use of social media.

This is why recruitment firms assist HR professionals in shaping a company’s competitive advantage and in executing modern and effective hiring processes. Which recruitment firms do this best and how they do it?

Their winning strategies will be unveiled at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards in November and December.

"Organisations should ramp up their hiring tactics, from spotting potential candidates to pre-employment tests and checks, if they want to attract people with high sets of skills and values," said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources.

"So with the help of specialists in recruitment and talent acquisition, HR is more empowered in terms of engaging the management in their new approaches while addressing the needs of their ideal workforce."

At the HR Vendors of the Year Awards last year, those who shone in the recruitment and talent acquisition category included Adecco Personnel, Capita, Hays, Kelly Services, Michael Page, Recruit Express, and Robert Walters.
