ACI HR Solutions, Cielo and SThree share their journey at the Asia Recruitment Awards

Human Resources Online is proud to bring you the region’s most coveted and highly anticipated  Asia Recruitment Awards (ARA) 2020, Singapore! Following our previous resounding successes, this sixth edition will commemorate Asia’s finest gems in talent acquisition.

Going a trip down memory lane, Human Resources Online’s Rebekah Priya reached out to ACI HR Solutions, Cielo and SThree to share their journey of winning at the 2019 Asia Recruitment Awards. Hear from their experience about how this platform benefited their organisation both internally and externally.

Q. Why did you choose to participate in ARA?

ACI HR Solutions: It was a great opportunity for us internally to reflect as a team on what we did well, what we could improve on, and allowed us to benchmark against our competitors, giving us invaluable insights as a company.

Cielo: We heard good things about the events organised by Human Resources Online and found the profile of judges to be relevant which led to our participation in both the 2018 and 2019 editions.

SThree: The evaluations by a world-class jury at ARA gave us further credibility with potential customers and hires. It reinforces our strengths, the service our customers love and the recruitment offering that has enabled us to achieve the status of an award-winning business.

Q. How was your experience like at ARA?

ACI HR Solutions: The gala night was a very well put together production that offers a bit of glamour and prestige. The emcee, music and lighting added to the excitement and party atmosphere.

Cielo: The Human Resources Online account manager was very supportive and helpful throughout the nomination process. It was a high standard event which enabled our team to celebrate with a bang.

SThree: We were deeply inspired by the speeches and interaction with other highly-recognised recruitment firms. Through this platform, we were able to interact, network and learn from some of the industry’s best practices.

Q. How has participating in ARA benefited your company?

ACI HR Solutions: It has helped to boost our reputation with clients and offered our marketing team the opportunity to highlight our accolades.

Cielo: It has given us the visibility and recognition from our clients, potential prospects, competitors and within the industry overall. It is a testament to our HR team’s hard work and commitment.

SThree: The bar gets higher each year at ARA especially with newer recruitment companies entering the market. This platform has provided us the opportunity to meet new clients and prospects while building stronger business alliances and partnerships with other organisations.
