The introduction of two new categories, Local Hero and Leader of the Year, saw People Potential, and Andrew Lau of Think Codex take home the golds respectively.
11/11/22 - a special date for HRO in Malaysia, where some of the finest HR vendors gathered at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur to celebrate the HR Vendors of the Year Awards 2022, Malaysia, and walked home with their heads held high (see photos from the event throughout this article).
If there's anything we learnt hard in the past few years, it's just how valuable it is to retain and hire top talent. Employees today are seeking different motivators in a company than what they used to - and HR has had to step up to drive a culture that represents this ideal employer.
But this will not be possible without an ecosystem of partners who unlock access to data, insights, content, and communication. And that, is why we have the HR Vendors of the Year. Because after all, a people strategy is only as good as the calibre of those who created it, and all our HR solutions providers have played a big role in bringing that to life.
Among the updates we’ve made since last year, we had two new categories celebrated this year – Local Hero to honour rising independents (with People Potential winning gold), and Leader of the Year to recognise the inspiring individuals behind the scenes (with the gold won by Andrew Lau of Think Codex).
Regardless of the field of HR solutions, be it in recruitment, outsourcing, or training and development, 27 categories were presented in total, to celebrate HR partners and their work.
