CoachHub unveils Singapore office, looks to double headcount over the next year

The organisation is on track to increase its global headcount to 1,000 employees by 2023.

CoachHub has announced new growth milestones in APAC, on the back of its recent US$200mn Series C funding round.

Following the launch of its APAC headquarters in Singapore earlier this year, the group has unveiled a new office space in the nation and begun adding new hires to its 50-person strong team across the region. Having increased its coach headcount by 75% in APAC this year, the company further plans to double its headcount over the next year.

The company has also announced plans to boost its product offerings.

Per CoachHub’s recent Global HR Survey, 77% of learning and development (L&D) professionals feel the need to upskill and develop employees has increased since the start of the pandemic. As such, Tim MacCartney, Senior Vice President of CoachHub APAC, shared: “There is a growing understanding of the lack of effectiveness of traditional coaching methods and a band-aid approach to fixing people-challenges that companies in Asia face.”

CoachHub has secured US$330mn funding till date. After the recent acquisition of French coaching company MoovOne and the coaching division of the Austrian business consultant Klaiton, the company is now increasingly investing in the Coaching Lab to drive scientific research.

Moving forward, CoachHub is on track to increase its global headcount to 1,000 employees by 2023.
